Default Is this sickle worth $1,950? And ...

... will it work on my tractor?

NH's website says it weighs ~628 lbs, so it seems like it would work ... ?

Does it require rear remotes? (I have none)

It's about an hour & a half away. Is it worth a 3-hr round-trip to look at?

Used 9 ft New Holland 451 Sickle Bar Mower

    Thank ya'll.

Bep that sure looks like a nice one. Ken Sweet would be able to tell you all about it I am sure. No you will not need any remotes.

That looks nice, I'd say it's worth the price.

    It doesn't require hydraulic remotes.
Yes, your tractor will handle it with ease.
Nice looking mower. I paid $550 for a 7-ft Massey Ferguson 31 mower a few years ago and put another $250 in it replacing worn parts.
That's a lot of money for an old mower so I'd want to see it in operation before buying. Just because it has a nice paint job doesn't mean it will cut worth a darn.

    Good luck.
