Some help identifying this turn plow
I've been looking for a used plow close to home and found this one...
The owner bought it at an auction and did not know anything about it...
Could anyone here identify it for me...
He wants $275...
Many thanks...

Re: Some help identifying this turn plow
It's not a Ford or a Dearborn...other than that not sure...it looks almost new based on shins, etc. I'm sure its worth the asking price....look up an Oliver or a Massey Ferg. and see if they look like that...good looking plow. Bobg in VA

I'm gonna say Massey Ferguson. I'm also gonna say that it is in top notch condition and an outright steal for $275!

Jump on that deal! Who cares who made it?
It appears to have new shins and shares and maybe even landslides. The paint is cosmetic and can cover flaws but still...it looks clean and well kept.
You won't find another one in that shape for $275.2009 Kubota M7040, R1s, LA1153 FEL, fork lift, 3 rear remotes, T&T

Thanks for the reply's...
I thought that it looked awfully good for that money...
He must have stole it at auction...
I'm lucky he lives sorta remote from the interstate...
Craigslist strikes again...

Re: Some help identifying this turn plow
Just a quick follow-up...
Went out to where the plow was located and I was not disappointed...
It was clean and in excellent shape...
The shins, moldboards, and points were excellent...
This plow has adjustments for both left to right width of cut and top link hook up...
I have included some photos for your perusal...
Many thanks to those who responded...
Still trying to figure out the model # and manufacturer...
If you have any input just let me know...
This was one really good find for me...

Re: Some help identifying this turn plow
I think it should plow fine, however, the crossbar on the 3 point sure looks fabricated to me. Ken Sweet

Re: Some help identifying this turn plow
Thanks Ken...
You are the guru of plows...
Your educated guess of the model and make???
My dad was an AC tractor salesman...
Most all of my experience dealt with snap coupler plows used on AC's...
Most of my time was spent on a D-17...

Re: Some help identifying this turn plow
It has aspects on the frame and trips that remind me of Oliver or Pittsburg. I don't feel comfortable with identifying the plow. Ken Sweet
