Rotary Harrow

LarryT, I've never seen one of those rotary harrows used, but the first time I ever saw one at a dealer's lot and asked about it, he told me every rodeo arena in the country uses one, so maybe some of these guys who have riding arenas will be familiar with them.

The original company that makes those units is Millcreek, they call them a ring groomer. There site is www.millcreekmfg.com. All of gearmores products are made by other companies and branded for them at their request.

millcreek doesn't make them either. They got the idea from Gearmore and copied theirs.

Would you expect the cost of Gearmore's products to be higher, as a result?

Guys I've used that one before and I really don't see that it's any better than a regular harrow. The only time that it is any better is if your ground is really hard and then you have a little more weight to it from your three point. You're not going to be able to flatten ground or anything anymore that you would with just a four foot harrow section. Save your money for a better attachment for your tractor.

Actually Gearmore has Millcreek paint the ring groomers yellow for them.Gearmore also sells the other millcreek products but not branded. They are known as a shortline distributor and do not build any products they are strictly a wholesale marketer.
