King Kutter Customer service experience

I purchased a new King Kutter XB-48 tiller for my BX-25. When I got the tiller home I noticed it had a small problem/defect. I called King kutter and they promptly had a rep drive down from tennessee to personally
deliver a replacement unit to me here in GA. I would say it would be pretty tough to beat that level of customer service.

i bought a new kk 5' mower years back.. in the 90's perhaps. it was missing , or quickly broke the snap ring that hold the pto shaft onto the mower gearbox in case the shear bolt goes. they sent me one without question in the mail the day after I called in to order one..

I wouldn't expect that level of service where I live, but yes, that is pretty impressive.

What size are you going to get? I got a 6 foot for my L4400 and it does a great job.

I got the 5 footer for my B2910 about 7 years ago and it has been great .... chucks up football-sized rocks .... and never misses a beat ....

Reminds me .... I need to change the gear oil in it ....
