Default Brillion Bush Hog Question

    Hi All,

For sale is a used "Heavy Duty" 5' Brillion Bush Hog. I am going to look at it today but have not been able to find any info on it. I was going to get a new Bush Hog SQ720 but the ask on the Brillion is $600 so I'm wondering if I can get a beefier cutter cheaper. Any comments on Brillion?

    Thanks, Ed

Two comments - neither really answers your question though.

First off, the SQ720 is a 6 foot cutter and is listed as a medium duty. I have it's baby brother - the SQ600 5 footer and it is handling 2" saplings with ease (even though it's rated for 1" only). The Brillion you have listed as a 5 footer.

Second comment - you've got 240a listed in the bio. I'm assuming that means you have 240 acres. If so, I'd go as wide as your tractor PTO HP will let you. That's a lot of cutting!
