    Default Loader cylinder repair

Anyone know a source besides Snap-on for a spanner wrench to fit a Kabota LB 400 loader hyd cylinder? The nut is 2.14" (54mm) and has a 5/32" (3.8mm)hole.

Unless you are in the biz, you don't really have to buy a special tool at all. What I do
for that style of cylinder is I take some salvaged rollers from old tapered roller bearings,
then tap them in the gland hole. Then I wrap the gland with a rag to avoid scratching it.
Finally, I take some giant Channel-lock pliers and grab/turn. The tapered rollers wedge
in pretty well, and are easy to remove.

If the gland is already scratched up, then I just use a big pipe wrench.
