Ford Loader
Hello I have been in the market for a Ford Loader to mount on my 68' 2000. I found one but not sure if it will fit. The model number on the tag says I9-97 and the serial number is 7355 I think it might be a 703 Loader. The tractor this is mounted on is a 50"s ford 861 power master, I believe. The question I have is, will this mount on my 2000?

Re: Ford Loader
Sounds like you may be on tract to get a loader solution. When we were looking for out larger 265 MF we could only find beat up junk or new. In the end for little more than the price of a new one and no labor to mount we found a working 1983 JD 310B backhoe that gets used a lot more than the MF now. It gets used for bushhogging and working the 8' Bush Hog brand box blade and it is nice to have a naked tractor for these tasks since we have some tight places. 2.5 years later the BH is still working hard and really enjoy having it to pull the MF out when I get it hung.

I'm not questioning your knowledge, but how do you know it will fit? Do you have a loader like this mounted, or have seen one on a 2000? I know you can make anything work with torches and welder. I'm trying to get something that doesn't make me pull my hair out to install!!

Re: Ford Loader
since that loader is for a 00 series machine.. the brackets will be different. he'll have to torch / weld to get it fit..
.. same loader as a 19-105 but with da cyls...
a 730 will be more geared for his 3 cyl....
