you have a "land plane" MtnViewRanch shows in a picture. in idea it sifts the dirt and gravel. letting dirt fall down and bring rock up to the surface. suggest getting one that has adjustable blade heights
you have box blade. with scraficers / teeth. used for filling in holes and getting a nice finish smoothness across areas. the teeth also help break things to make it easier to smooth out. get one that allows you to adjust teeth up and down. there are different types for the cutting edge on them
you have a rear blade, good for snow removal, and can help bring rocks on sides of driveway back into the drive way. as you angle the blade. get something that can cover rear tires when angled.
you have a york rake, think metal garden rack, but 3pt hitch version. and look much like a rear blade, but has tines instead of a blade. you might consider gauge wheels for this.
you also have "ratchet rake" they fit onto cutting edge of FEL. and can be used to help break up rocks/hard compacted dirt. and then removed to easily back drag with FEL.
you also have tooth bar for FEL. it is like a "ratchet rake" but more geared for just digging. pending on how the teeth are made and attached to bucket, you might be able to use it like a ratchet rake.
you also have "FEL" front end loader. and scooping and back dragging.
they all have there con's and pro's and what they do best in certain scenarios.

(Temporarily blocked due to reports of company closure) has good descriptions and should have video's of all the above showing what they can do / how to operate them.

with you having FEL, i would say a min of 2 implements above.
a FEL goes a long ways in back dragging, but it can be a pain to get a real nice smooth finish just using a FEL, and with that either land plane or box blade. would help get that real nice finish touch. all other implements can be a pain, in trying to feather the control of 3pt hitch or FEL. to remove any small little dips/bumps in the total length of the driveway. granted only 600' of driveway, and a little extra work with something else. would most likely be very acceptable to many.
scraficers/teeth on box blade, york rake, ratchet rake, tooth bar. having one of them to help break up the inital couple inches of hard compated dirt / rock. makes life much more easier to smooth out driveway and place a crown on it. vs having FEL and 3pt hitch implements, skipping across rocks and dirt creating mini speed bumps. the box blade scraficer/teeth will be most likely strongest thing out of the above. and more likely be able to break through compact rock/dirt the quickest. and less likely to break / bend.
rear blade and york rake shine. in bring rock on sides of the driveway back into the drive way. ya you can drive at 45 degree angle. and go clear around the drive (both sides), going back and forth every few feet using some other implement. but WOW talk about a time consuming, and you may not have room to get tractor turned enough to use FEL or other 3pt implement. and you will most likely taking chunks out of the yard / dirt on side of the driveway bring in more dirt into the driveway. vs rear blade or york rake, were you just drive down one side, and back up other side, and your done and no forward / backing up 100 plus times.

TNT (top and tilt) instead of getting off tractor to adjust the top link or side link for 3pt hitch, to adjust tilt and angle of 3pt hitch. the top link and/or side link turn buckles get replaced with a hyd cylinder. a TNT setup can really make all the above 3pt hitch implements shine in how long it takes you to deal with driveway maintenance, and result you get. if you have a curved and/or hilly drive way. were the crown for the drive differs a lot. the TILT (side link hyd cylinder) will come in very handy.
