If it's like the BH77 frame as used on the B3350 cab, there is an extension attached to the hoe proper. This extension duplicates the original two lower pins and two upper pin holes and moves them forward towards the tractor subframe so they engage the tractor's subframe with the hoe further away from the tractor. With the hoe removed, there is no "abnormal" extension of the tractor subframe (it would get in the way of the 3-point).

Then I believe the question of the hour is, can that "extension" be ordered separately and will it fit a BH75??

The parts in question are part of "B81201 mount kit-1" (go to Messicks and get the parts diagram for the BH77 "Options") the parts in question are on page 4 of 4 and are labeled on the diagram as 10 and 20, part numbers 7K503-17010 and 7K503-17030. Those would be the main two parts. Messicks has one plate listed as $204.

What I don't know is if the BH65 frame has the same holes so as to utilize these parts.

BTW, the actual additional spacing, or set back, provided by the plates is about 9.5 inches (rather than approx 1 foot). It does add to the overhang of the hoe, and this may be an issue when trailer loading. Easy to work around with ramps etc.
