That is a good variation of legumes. I never heard of Parker Plow, however, that don't mean much. I like the way it is built. Older cultipackers are simple technology and built out of good material and not much can go wrong. I discover a new (to me) brand of cultipacker about every week. Ken Sweet

Here are pictures of my first attempt. Planted two half acre plots. I spread clover/alfalfa with a cover of wheat on Aug. 31 just as Issac arrived. Photos taken 6 days later.
