Re: Sprayer question
I suggest you avoid the 12 volt pump. I have a 3.5 hp gas, and it takes many hours to do my 4 acres with it.

Is the 12v just too weak?

Re: Sprayer question
I have a 15 gallon 12v pump and I am thinking that the reason they dont put them in anything larger than 25 gallon is durability. I dont think they will last long in constant use. I think they are made mostly for spot spraying. If I were needing a large capacity application, I would look for one of the 275 gallon tote tanks that you can get for free from some manufacturers who use the product in them and cant dispose of them. I got one that was washed clean simply for pickup (they even loaded it for me) Anyway, the tank can be free just for calling around and then add either a gasoline chemical pump or a PTO driven one if you have a tractor. If on a tractor, you could make a simple 3 PH frame and mount it. You should be able to get all you need at TSC, Farm Co-op, etc.
If you must have a 12v pump then buy a couple of spare pumps when you purchase it.2010 LS P-7010C 20F/20R gear tractor & FEL, 2009 Kubota B 26 TLB, RTV 900 Kubota, 2012-20 ft 12k GVW trailer, 2011- 52" Craftsman ZTR mower, 54" John Deere 332 lawn tractor, 5.5HP rear tined walk behind tiller, 7 foot bush hog, 8 foot landscape rake , 8 foot 3 PH disc, 2 row cultivator, 350 amp CC/CV AC/DC welding machine and a shop full of tools that I spend more time looking for than using.

Re: Sprayer question
The specs you are wanting are unrealistic.

Re: Sprayer question
Specs are fine, but the expectations for price and possibly performance from the rinkydink pump are unrealistic. I'm a farmer and spray for a living. I've got a hundred gallon trailed ATV sprayer. There is a higher spec electric pump but its about $350 just for the pump. Throw in a 100gal tank and a trailer capable of hauling it without falling apart after a hundred rough or soft acres?

Well you may be right on price, but I have been unable to find these sprayers around the net for any price.
