Case 530 loader
Hi, I'm a new member and I had a question, I'm trying to hook up a woods backhoe to a Case 530 Loader only and I'm not sure where to hook the hydralic lines to. It had two remote fittings at the rear that the manual says were for a cylinder, I hooked up to them but when I pull back on the rh. outer handle to operate it, it puts a load on the motor. I think maybe I have to rout a return line into someware else, not sure. I have pics if needed.
Any help would greatly be appericated.
Thanks

Hello
Your hydraulic hose should be hooked to a manifold with two 3/8 pipe plugs. The outer hand controler control the oil flow, forward pressure the upper coupling and rearward pressure the lower coupling. The inner lever control the oil flow trough the control valve.

Thanks Alex, so what I'm having to do is bungee that outer lever forward and use the upper coupling for pressure and then hook the backhoe up accordingly and it seems to work but puts a strain on the motor right away, does that sound right?

The explanation i give you was from the owner manual from Case. You might have a problem with the oil flowing back to the pump. On a tractor with a loader and 3 point hitch there is a valve on the right side under the dash which cut the flow to the 3 point hitch. I will try to send you a pict of that valve.
