new holland tc35
Being 6'2" in height, I have experienced "charlie-horse" type symptoms in upper legs, usually in evening, after I have used New Holland extensively that day. It's very awkward to control pedals in operating position for extended period. I believe being able to get seat another 6+ inches would be ideal! Their is room, but not sure if kit available. Would prefer kit over home modification. Any ideas, folks?

Actually both, because to move it back, as I need, it slides on an uphill incline. I can live with the height, just need it back for more legroom (towards the poly fuel tank)!

Please don't be offended by my asking, but are you sure you have it all the way back now?? I am 6' 2" and weigh 250 pounds and with my seat all the way back on my tc33d, I have to almost stretch to reach the pedals. I have it about an inch from the furthest back position. About every 6 months I have to coat the sliding mechanism with lube, or it gets almost impossible to push forward and back. You might try lots of wd40, etc. and make sure it is sliding all the way back. Again, this is just a thought and probably of no benefit. I am not sure how the 35 and 33 driver's areas might be different. I think you could probably raise the seat by inserting some sort of spacers, but I don't really see how you could make it go further back (at least on the tc33d you couldn't). I will tell you that on some of my larger tractors, raising the seat made all the difference in the world with respect to my knees and back being more comfortable. Let us know if you figure it out.
