Hardi Mistblower vineyard sprayer on B2910. Note the concrete counterweight. Setup works great. Got the sprayer for a steel on eBay. Updated / replaced some parts and added electric controls for Pressure regulation and left / right spray nozzles.

Another pic showing better view of 16000 CFM air nozzle delivery system. Tank holds 160 gallons. Spray coverage is excellent and very efficient / minimal overspray and drift. The nozzles are fully adjustable.

Final shot showing control panel on right side of tractor seat. The electric valves make using this unit a breeze. The on / off response time is less than 1/2 second. I added no drip 5 psi check valves to further minimize fluid waste.

The only thing I need for this setup now is a full A/C cab ! With 90+ temps this week and wearing the respirator, spraying is still quite a chore. Nothing compared to having to lug a 65 pound backpack mistblower though /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Akman:

Wow, that is impressive, looks like some sort of a jet backpack for a tractor. If you point all the sprayers to the back can you up your ground speed??? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I didn't think of that ! It really does put out some serious air. I will put the 'bota in neutral and give it a try /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I keep waiting for it to start yelling, "Danger Will Robinson! Danger!". /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Now if you just had a FEL with some gripper claws or a huge toothbar - then you'd really be looking evil! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
