If that's true, Oxxn wouldn't be a good buy as the product may be prohibited from importation, hence no spare parts. This is based upon my opinion that there will be lawsuits against Oxxn and the staff (especially the woman who allegedly stole the design).

I have no dog in this fight. I own a Woods chipper/shredder.

Personally while the prices are tempting for a lot of these chippers, I'm still looking at Wallenstein. They are not cheap but proven, good resale if you only want to use it for a short time and they last from the people I have spoken to so far. I have been tempted by several cheaper brands but I don't want something that will not work and that's my fear. Perhaps unfounded I don't know, just my feelings and would be happy to be proven wrong.
