Been there, done that, lol. However my 70 hp JD 2555 is rough on box blades even in forward. I strengthened it repeatedly, and the only thing that hasn't broke is the plate style uprights. They would really not be hard to fab out of a piece of flat plate if you took a few minutes. Torch cut, torch heat to bend and drill and mount it on the boxblade. David from jax
