Grapple up, now or later?
I have a Kubota MX5100 on ord....
Not sure why his post duplicated...my apologies. Hopefully a moderator will delete!

If I were in your shoes, I would add the 3rd function now and shop for the best price on a grapple.

I agree, it is good advice. The 3rd function will be more seamless as original equipment but you will have better selection/pricing if you buy the grapple later. I assume you are getting the quick attach with the tractor? If not, I would suggest you do. Good luck.

same here have the 3rd function dealer installed, best thing i did on my tractor, and looking at the Kubota site the quick attach is-extra on that loader

Get the grapple when you are ready but don't get it just because you are buying your tractor. Due to so many grapple options, make sure you know the differences and what fits your needs most. Unlikely the dealer has the perfect one sitting there with your name on it. Oh, I bet he does.
