Hello;

I have a 3320 w/ 300 CX loader with heavy duty bucket. I'm having problems with the Quik Atach. A while back I bought a 48" Grapple. It could not be attached because one of he pins was left of center of the mating hole on the loader. The dealer ground about 1/8" off one side of the pin and all was o.k.

Yesterday I tried to reattach the bucket. Same problem. Now the bucket pin is higher then the hole. I figured the dealer had it installed so it had to go on. Wrong. Everything I tried failed. I Detached and REtached a dozen times.
Exactly the same problem on every reattach. The loader bracket is bottomed out on the underside of the top bucket hook. If I grind the hole a little in the bucket mounting bracket it will work just fine. I don't really want to do that because it was mounted properly previousley. When I disconnected the bucket it did not hang up but came off properly.

trhanks. nicholas

Can you post a picture of what your talking about? I am having a hard time visualizing this.

Check to see if all the loader mounting bolts are in, and if they are all tight.
something may be twisting and you have flexed the frame.
the bucket should EASILY tip on and off the mount.
the mount can be measured for squareness.
pin hole to opposite top bracket. same measurment both sides?
Look to see if there is a bend in the long bar that connects the loader paws (bottom pin postion).
with the bucket off raise the loader (level ground) and tilt the paws plumb to the ground.
use a level and see if the side edges are plumb or if there is a slight twist in one of them.

I have a 200CX loader on my 2320.
the bucket is not level with the ground. There is a slight twist in the assembly.
the right side of the bucket hits the ground before the left. (5/16" or so)
When I removed it from the pallet in my driveway to install it I had a heck of a time connecting the left side lift/lower hydraulic cylinder.
the rear pin was already in and the cylinder was skewed to the right about 1-1/2" when extended.
the rear mount was welded out of position?
I should have complained to the dealer but I didn't.
I plan on tweaking it with a porta power this spring or see if loosening the mounts while connected and retightening will even things out.
the loader locks did not operate easily either.
The machining done in china was off slightly.
I connected and disconnected 8-10 times and now i can get the locks to move without the use of a dead blow hammer.
The parts are stamped made in China and it shows too.

Hello;

I am very sorry. I am a computer idiot and don't know how to post pictures.

It seems to me like the relationship of the top hook and locator pin near the botom of the bucket is wrong. the only other possibility for my problem is the Paw is cast wrong. The distance from the top hook engagement and the locator hole is incorrect. But I will bet it's not cast wrong. What I can't understand is with this amount of differanace is how in Heck the dealer got it mounted to deliver it to me in the first place. I'll give them a call tomorrow. They have been very good about taking care of things.

thanks, nicholas

Hello;

Yesterday the dealer sent a Tech out. After close examination and measuring he concluded the pin was a little off from where it should have been. A little grinding and all is well.

Thanks for your input, nicholsd
