Any one have a schematic they can copy paste on here of a JOHN DEERE 750 BELLY MOUNT MOWER DECK . We bought a tractor and not sure if the mower deck is attached correctly on the front end. of course no manual is with the parts ...

If you post a pic or two I can give you my best guess from memory. I have my deck off until spring. I will be brining the deck in the garage for a rebuild as soon as I finish rebuilding the 347 my wife's Mustang. Unless the mount on the tractor is incorrect, it's pretty hard to hook up incorrectly and have it work. My tractor came with two decks so I can post pics of the mount on the tractor and the one on the shelf if it helps. What issues are you having?

thanks for the speedy reply ,good luck with the mustang.
The rear link arms are getting a lot of tension and the deck will not raise more than 2/3" so i think that the fella i bought the tractor from last week may have done some sorta back yard mechanics on this deck and connected the front wrong , i have a back linkage ordered from john deere as one of them was a piece of 3/8" all thread and an eyebolt and aluminmu turn buckle with a good bend in it (thats not working)..

These are the rear connectors on my deck. There are two different sizes due to tire size ag vs. turf. I hope the pic helps. You might have the wrong loop/U part for your tire size. I'm taking an early flight in the morning to drive a 40 year old M35 truck 1700 miles home, so I'll be out for over a week. PM and I help you out when I get back.

The mower deck model number is 160. got the new rear connector today from the local JD shop and connections are off a bit as i thought they would be.
Strange that the 3 pt connections are not droppoing down at the same angle so the deck connection to the 3 pt is diffrent which makes the connection arms diffrent length ? is that how yours is too? the geometry looks a bit off on this for some reason...

Mark, I will take a look later today. I made it 80 miles shy of my house before the engine went south. I need to get the other truck ready to tow the broken one back from the towing company.
The arms than connect to the 3 point come down level with each other and they are in line with the end of the deck. The connectors that are pictured above and relatively perpendicular to the ground.
