I'm looking to buy a set of pallet forks(ssqa). I would also like to buy the quick spade from bucket solutions. The problem so far is that the pallet forks need to be almost right next to each other. The ones I've looked at say they adjust from 6"-44". Does anyone know where I can find a set for a reasonable price that can adjust down to accept the quick spade. The palletfork.com forks are the ones I was going to buy for $524 delivered. Thanks

Here is a video of the Quick Spade.

Skid Loader Tree Spade Bobcat Compact Tractor Deere Fork Attachment - YouTube

I can close my forks with no space.

The 6 in limit, may be the slots that lock the forks in place. You should be able to lock one fork, and slide the other one together, or whatever spacing.

This is what the instructions say.

1) Adjust skid loader forks and slide both forks into the two u channel brackets on the bottom side of the quick spade.

JJ, thanks for the respnce. The "quick spade" I was referring to is a clamp on. It is not fastened by a chain or binder. It is made by Bucket Solutions, not paumco. I called bucket solutions and they said the forks need to be right next to each other. I'm going to call palletforks.com back and ask a out the 6"-44".

Please let us know what they say as I had the same question for the same purpose. I was wondering if the 6"-44" was the outside measurement rather than the gap in between forks.

Cobra and jj, I called pallet forks.com. They said the forks will slide all the whay together, they just won't be resting in one of the cut out channels or saddles that are used for adjustments. He said it shouldn't make a difference anyway because that won't fall off in that position. Jj, the picture on bucket solutions of the forks together is why I asked the ? Here originally. I probably wasnt very clear when describing what I meant. Sometimes my Fingers type different than what my mind is thinking, lol.
