I have a 2007 New Holland tc-30 tractor. Bought it new, and it came wit a 5 foot bush-hog finish mower. My problem is not with the mower, but the lifting arms. When fully adjusted outward to accommodate the mower, the attachment end of the arms rub the tires. I don't think this should happen. I actually posed the question to the dealer from which I bought the tractor and they the parts supervisor didn't know the answer and referred me to the salesman who sold me the tractor, who wasn't in at the time. Question do I have the correct arms or do I need some with a slight offset to allow tighter adjustment on the arms?

The pins on the Bush Hog need to be turned around...
Your 3 point arms should not hit your tires if your 3 point implement has the correct width between the pins...
I can adjust the arms out on my 1720 to where they are hitting the tires but I have enough adjustment in the attachment point that I can tighten the arms where they will not hit the tires...
Can you post a picture of your 3 point linkage to the bush hog?

Another thing you can do is by moving the wheel centers around and the rims, you can extend the tires out away from the arms.
Most of the MFR's have the tires all the way in for shipping room...
Good luck.

I think the only wheels he can move like that are the AG wheels. I'm not positive about the Turf wheels, but I know for sure that the Industrial wheels can not be rotated. Not jumping on you, Tom - just don't want him trying to figure it out when it can't be done.

If it can be done, The owners manual will show how. It will also say which ones can me adjusted. I don't mind
someone correcting me if it helps clarify the post. It actually helps me...

Our NH 2210 has the industrials and the owners manual says not reversible, dished out only. The 3 pt arms hit the tires too, so I studied it. Came from the dealer with the wheels dished in, and I swapped left to right and vice versa. Problem fixed. Gained about two inches per side.
