Adding parking stand (legs) to loader

I searched but did not find a thread on this but it probably is there somewhere.

Anyway, Has anyone added parking stands/legs to a detachable loader?

I have a Bush Hog 2400 QT and it would look to be an easy add to make the loader
self-supporting and make mounting/dismounting easier, faseeter, and safer.

Mine has the legs like the lower picture you posted. I took the loader off (first time) and returned a week later to find it it sitting flat on the floor. I learned the hard way that if your cylinders leak down you have to put something else under the rear of the loader to hold it up. I have since made two stands that fit into one of the two holes in the upright part of the loader next to the driver. The stands are simply a steel rod that slips into one of the holes and sticks out away from the tractor and is welded to a piece of angle iron that sits on the ground. You rods need to be long enough so the vertical angle iron leg clears the front tire when backing out from under the loader.

I found that there is a leg stand for the 2400QT. Found it on Messicks web site.
But at $98 each that seems a bit steep. I think i will fab up my own as I am sure
there is less than $40 in steel between the two legs.
