After doing all the research on box blades and looking at more than a few different brands and refusing to pay for over priced names I found these sold thru Interstate tractor in White pine ,Tn  which is just up the road from me . These are locally built from what I understand a father and son operation who build many attachments and are sold thru Interstate tractor .They have some serious steel in these with a lot of gusseting seem way over built compared to many sold thru the big box stores ! and I bought one yesterday brand new in the $500.00 range and can't wait to start using it today :cool2::thumbsup:

5 foot about 420 lbs and built like a tank I will post some working pictures tonite they sell they from 4 foot to I think 8-9 and they had some serious landscape rakes with a lot of user friendly options on them .I plan on getting a 5 footer tomorrow I should have just bought it yesterday and not made 2 trips ! nice people to deal with friendly and really know their stuff I talked to the shop guys for a few minutes after loading and they told me the father son team builds REAL quality attachments . these are attachments built by REAL farmers not a bunch of guys in dockers and sperry topsider shoes !

I stopped by my local John Deere dealer Ritchie tractor yesterday and when I asked about 5 ft box blade he said their $625.00 plus tax go out side and look at one ! I left ! the nite before I stopped at my local tractor supply and they had none and told me 2 weeks to order one , looked on ebay and found Interstate tractor ,Worked out well for me !

That blade looks like the TSC County line blade, but actually weighs less and costs more.

tsc has no heavy gussets welded in also the price for tsc is more $549.00 for a 4 foot and $599.00 for a 5 foot also county line has 5 rippers not 6

Grumpy beat me to it.

The County Line one shown here has 4 less gussets that I can see and the top link connection is different. But it could be the diff between a 5 and 6 foot version.

But how strong is strong enough ?
