I am new to this whole tractor thing and I want to order my attachements now before spring gets here. I have approx 3 location with a total of 5 acres that will need to be prepped. Part will be for grasses and clover, part garden, and last wild native flower beds. I am looking for the most versatile attachment that can prep multiple area. My Choices:
  • Disc Harrow
  • Rotary Tiller
  • Box Blade

I would appreciate any insight or input you all my have

A rotary tiller will do all 3 tasks you describe.
It works great for mixing ammendments into the soil.
A tiller also makes good ballast for moving soil with your FEL.
It can also assist digging with the FEL by loosening the soil before you scoop.
Next to my 3PT forks, the tiller is my most versatile attachment.
Make sure you get one wide enough to cover your rear tire tracks.
