Tiller value of used Befco T-40 5 ft. rototiller

Hey ya'll, been looking for a good used 3 pt. tiller. Found one on craigs list lightly used for 1450$. The Befco brand seems to be highly rated and I think he"ll come off the price some. What ya'll think its worth?

Need pictures or something to go by. It could be all beat up with no paint and worn out tines, or look like brand new
