    Default John Deere 246 two row corn planter

    Trying to find "Gauge Shoes" for my J.D. 246 Corn Planter. Can anyone help?

    Thanks Ken for the information. Have you seen many JD 246 planters with the gauge shoes? I'm gonna check with my Deere dealer next week to see if they are still available and how much they cost. I have the part numbers to give them but the cost will be huge I'm sure. Thanks again Ken. Jeff D.

    We have a couple 246-247 planters come through per year with the shoes. They would not be too hard to fabricate if you cant find them. Ken Sweet
