I find that the easiest way is to, first loosen the axle nut but leave it loosely on the axle, unbolt the bearing carriers, roll the gang out from under the disc frame, then stand it up on end. Then you can lift each piece of the assembly off. You apparently aren't familiar with disc repair so don't mix up the order that you remove the spools and back plates. Also note that the spools (spacers between the blades) have a concave side and a convex side so they fit the contour of the blades so they need to go back in that orientation.
What exactly are you trying to do, replace a broken disc blade?
When putting it back together, tighten the nut using a wrench and hammer (I use a pipe wrench so I can beat it severely with a hammer). When you have it as tight as you can get it, then hit each blade with your hammer. DONT TAP it, HIT it hard to settle them in to the spacers, then tighten the nut some more. Repeat until you aren't able to tighten the axle nut any more. Then go disc with it for a few minutes and then try to tighten it again. After you are assured that it is tight, then you can bend the tab over on the nut to hold it in place.

PS. If you are replacing a blade that is before the first bearing carrier, then you don't need to remove the gangs, just take off the axle nut by straightening the locking tab and remove what you need to get to the broken blade, put on new blade and put everything back in the order and orientation that you removed it and follow the tightening sequence described above.
