I need a set for unloading pallets of pellets.
Not with an MF 1529L you don't. This set being rated at 2k lbs is more than plenty to cover your tractor's capability. You will need to break those pallets of pellets into halves most likely.

Hi DDB123.. looking good, and you will really enjoy having forks. Here is a tip, if the forks are going to stay outside all the time the finish will degrade over time. One thing you can do is spray them with clear Krylon when they are new, and touch them up every now and then, They will stay shiny and you don't have to paint over all the labels with black paint. But you can paint over them with clear "paint" and they still look good. Of course you can paint the forks themselves with black paint, on the tops every now and then. They will get scratched up, and I dont worry about the bottoms as they will always wear off the paint pretty quick, as you are always dragging them on the ground. Anyway they sure are a great thing to have! Enjoy!

I bought my forks from Artillian and they recommended using paraffin rather than grease to make the forks slide easier. It won't collect dirt. A burned down candle works great.
I've been looking at the same forks! Glad to see them from a different perspective than EA's site. Not much there but a photo.
Thanks for the post.
How big is your tractor and loader?I can tell you I have a kioti 41HP tractor with loader and have to use a 1000 lbs ballast box and I have loaded tires to pickup my 2,000 wood pellets off my trailer. You would be greatly suprised what it take to lift a ton.coobieA pallet of pellets is 1 Ton.
