dont know that i would do it on an ATV but would certanly tackle it with a UTV or one of those mini trucks.

If its capable of snipping 2" trunks at about 6-10mph, i guess you should be able to shear 10" trunks at about 35mph, right? :)

That math works like if the directions say to cook at 350 for 30 minutes you should be able to cook at 700 for 15 minutes. My wife tells me that won't work:)

Here in Oregon, those are not even trees. We have brush tougher than that. I have used a brush hog on stuff bigger than that
..

Haven't tried it yet, but I suspect my Ratchet Rake would uproot those little cedars.
