To fix the rear gate the first think I would do is put a 2x4 laid flat in the middle beneath it and step on it to see if it will bend back. Might need to jump on it a little. With a 7ft span(almost) it should bend back.

Lol, I tried that already and I guess I'm not heavy enough. Jumped pretty high too. That's a tough door.

I'll try the bottle jack, that sounds more controllable than using the loader.

    Thanks!

I ended up using a transmission jack to get the door straight.

See, you're using those 4 x 4 scraps already. Good job on the back lid.
The prior owner bent it by either backing into something or most likely by backing up and failing to lift the implement off the ground. Note to self, never back up unless slightly off the ground.

So I finally got a chance to give this tiller a workout. I went from this:

    To this:

Here's an action shot from another section

I'm *NOT* running the tiller offset to one side, having it it centered is not an issue with leaving tire tracks at all.

All tilling is at 540E PTO and no issues at all. It does bounce when it finds rocks or root, and there were plenty of those!

I made 4 passes over this 1 acre area. No leaks or any other issues encountered. Seem to be a very solid unit!

Looks good, that should be a good liller for your tractor. I spent the entire afternoon with my Deere 673 (Machio 6') tilling the hardest ground I have encountered so far, shook the crap out of everything and I was running 1300 rpm to reduce the shock loads. Lots of bouncing going on, sure glad that part is done. The tiller held up well to all of this but I will have to check everything over on the tractor and tiller Monday for loose bolts.

Check the four bolts on the non-drive side of the shaft the blades ride on. On the outside of the machine. Mine loosened there.

Oh, yes...one more point. Do not overfill the gear oil. It will leak out of somewhere.

hello, how much did you pay for this?

and one more thing, I'm very sure this Maschio tiller are made in China. Last month I visited the exhibition in Nanjing and I talk a lot with Maschio's Chinese factory's sales manager, he told me all of them are sold to oversea. Then I check in the China Custom's data, he said right.
