Its refreshing to see that when something you buy isn't quite right, a company stands up and does the right thing. I recently bought a rear blade from a everything attachments and experienced a small problem with the holes for offset not lining up just right, which I noticed when I was attaching the blade to my tractor. I emailed the company that evening. The following morning I not only had an email but a phone call.... not just a phone call from a tech on the floor but from Ted himself telling me they'd make it right. After I sent a couple photos so Ted and his staff could confirm what I was saying and to figure out what the issue was they are sending out a replacement part which I should have in a few days.
I was taking a chance buying something on line from a company located back east that I couldn't see or touch. I'm very happy I did as the blade I bought has worked great clearing snow on Sunday and again this morning. Every company has bumps in the road when selling products and its when a problem arises that you learn the true metal of a company and whether they will stand behind their product. When I'm in the market for another tractor attachment, I'll be taking a hard look at everything attachment as a place to make that next purchase.... which may be soon as I'm in the market for a 72" 3pt snow blower.
