Finally got it on. Took forever to grind down enough for it to fit. Haven't put the bolts in yet but heres a pic.

This fellow bought a JD toothbar and then apparently got rid of it because it was too heavy and overbuilt, he said. With what everyones saying i don't think it should/would be THAT much heavier..... 136 lbs i think i read.... Hope it works good.....

That's a good looking tooth bar, much better than some of the others I've seen. How much did they charge, if you don't mind my asking?

I have the 60" bucket and the toothbar goes for about 460. It does seem better quality than the other ones I've seen. The teeth are pretty diesel, and they are replaceable. They are JD's "fangg" teeth: Fanggs from John Deere
