Kubota B2320 with 2 acres or so of actual pasture, mostly weeds, pretty flat compacted dg, silt, and some sand. I would like to renovate and maybe do a small planting area.

I have found used disc harrows to be hard to find and often pretty beat. I am looking for something my tractor can manage that will do the job.

The dealer quoted a some Gearmore offsets: 42" for $ 1075, 48" for $1160, and 60" for $1385. The 60" is more than I really want to invest, and the 42 won't cover the tires, so I am wondering:
1) Is this a decent price for a 48" delivered?
2) Will it do the job?
3) Is this a realistic expectation for a disc and a 23 hp tractor? Granted I may need to pile some weight on it.

I don't have any other tillage attachments except the box scraper and rippers.

I would love to work with EA but I am in southern California and the shipping is a killer. There aren't a lot of choices for implements in this area.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Dave, I sent you a PM. I can ship one of our Compact Angle Iron Disc Harrows to a business at your zip code, YRC Terminal in San Diego or Fed Ex Terminal in Poway for $150.
