Hi- has anyone out there that owns a Harley power box rake have had to take a link out of the drive chain in the gearbox, and can you replace the carbide inserts on the roller without welding on new holders or do the come as a weld on unit? Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks- Garrett

I have had a t6 now for 5 years, no on the chain. The carbide replacements come as a complete unit. Meaning the old one must be cut off and the new one welded on. I have not done this yet, I have 2 of the "teeth" missing the carbide ends, but have decided to wait to replace the entire roller. I use it primarily to grade gravel drives and parking lots. It works great!

I did call the local dealer, AIS equipment, which is a Paladin Light Construction dealer, which bought out Harley or Glenmac Industries and they could get me the teeth $19 a piece they quoted me, I have 4 broken off on my drum, was scared to ask how much a new drum would cost. Need to find a half link for the Hitachi 60N double roller chain in my gearbox.

I have a couple of teeth missing, it doesn't seem to affect it at all. I did buy a couple of new teeth, but have not put them on.
