IH 642 4X16 rollover plow manual needed

Hey I just picked up an IH 642 rollover plow to pull behind my M9540. It did not come with an owners manual and I would like to be able to read up on all the different adjustments etc. The biggest thing I would like to know, is how wide to set my tractor wheels.
