I've been planting trees along the field tha needs the work... It takes startlingly little foot pressure to cut the dirt. Many bare spots in field. Soil is sand with just enough other material to make me think im not at the beach.

Gunna try a three bottom and will be ready to take one off if necessary. Hopefully craigslist will come through for me! If anyone has a lead, please share!

    Plow found!

Picked up a Ford 3-14 with coulters...so far, cant find a thing wrong with it...despite the efforts of the auction helper who did his best to drop it off the forks. Got her on the tractor in little time and managed to cut a few lines...the tractor didn't seem the least bit phased by it.

I have photos but cant seem to figure out how to get them off an ipad.

    I raise a beer to low-tech!

I find it interesting that you say 20-25 hp per bottom when I see the Amish running 6 live horsepower on a 2-14 all the time.

I've made it to a desktop and can upload a few pics of the plow and a dog that wants to be famous. He thinks he can fly.

Do you only get half a turn? It cannot turn that deep clear over.
