I have e-mailed Bradco about a backhoe for my 5030HSTC at least three times. I have also left messages with their regional manager on his cell phone pager and have not received any response. My dealer also inquired with no response.

I am impressed with the Bradco hoe as to it's quality but I am VERY UNIMPRESSED with Bradco's lack of customer awareness. I guess I should spend my money elsewhere??

I have my own business. I have never considered myself to be so independent as to ignore a potential customer. A satisfied customer is money in the bank for me.

it's too bad, I have the 11 ft hoe on a Mahindra 4110 model and I have to tell you, one awsome hoe to have. I guess you'll have to do like I did and call them direct. Try 800-922-2981

I will try that first thing Monday. I find it somewhat unusual that even the dealer whom I deal with and is quite large, can't get a reply either.

I've seen a lot of large corporations get too independent and go down the drain. In the economic enviroment we are in today, their attitude could be fatal!!

they have been bought out by Attachment Technologies and I believe are one of five groups. Still doesn't answer for them as it's they're loss by not following up on things. Try this page, phone number is on it some where

I really like the woods hoes, the 9000 and up have the swing cylinders instead of chain.
They are pretty well built unlike the kelley or some of the other lite built units.
I broke up a concrete parking area w/ my 9000 on my SSL and used it to lift the 4000#+ slabs out of the way.

Like you, Hoeman,
part time now, I still run a Deere 710. Awesome machine!! I feel the same way about my Bradco 511 which hangs off my little Mahindra 4110 model. At first I wasn't happy with it at all. Cause was the tractor pump at 7.6 GPM, just didn't have enough to work the hoe, even light duty. Mahindra has made right on it, and installed their prototype PTO pump/tank system. With the exception of side sweeping spoils back to the trench, this 511 now runs and operates like the 710 I run also. This pump system, self contained and tucked under seat area, has 18 gallon tank and a pump that produces 11 GPM at 2200 or so PSI. Does whatever I want it to (sans) side sweeping spoils, and does it at 2000 engine rpm's. The Bradco hoe in it' self, is almost a spitting image of Deere's 710 dipper and crowd design. Very powerful, esy to grease or fix something if need be. I understand that Mahindra now offers this PTO system as another option., Definitely would have to have it. The 511 from Bradco standards needs 11 GPM minimum and I now have that..

5030, I have a 509 bradco on my L3830 and have to say it is an excelent Backhoe. The dealer tried to talk me into the 409 then I asked for the Bradco # and some one to talk with (I believe his name was Bob). Maby I was lucky, but I believe I got him on the first call. He said the 509 would work well and was very helpful. If I can find the # (Probably on the site) and make sure that is the name, I will get it to you.
