Single Lid CUT Wicked Grapple..If your compact tractor could talk....

The guys were out making good use of the grapple for the past two days. Nate took over 1,000 pics and over an hour of video which is being edited.
They worked for two half-days because it's been over 90 degrees and very humid here in NC.
The grapple is being used on a Bobcat CT122(I said 225 previously, which was incorrect). The CT122 is the smallest tractor that Bobcat offered at only 22hp and it's amazing how well it handles the grapple.
The tractor is equipped with a 6TL loader which has a lift capacity of only 645 pounds with the quick attach. It's obvious that the lift capacity is underrated based on the performance.

For comparison, that Bobcat is actually a Kioti CK20... The Kioti loader (KL120) is rated to lift around 1000lbs. FYI

It appears to me that the Kioti KL120 is closest to the Bobcat 7TL. Bobcat rates theirs with and without quick attach.

I think TSO is right, if I remember correctly, my CT122 has a lift capacity of something close to 1000 lbs, even though recent bobcat advertisements say 890. Maybe they changed the rating? Your grapple looks great on it though, definitely on my wishlist now! I'm glad to see you'll offer it with the quick tach

I don't know the specifics on the 6TL loader but the equivalent Kioti KL120 is rated at pivot pins to 1070lbs to full height so I'd be surprised if the Bobcat loader doesn't lift more than 700lbs unless that is the midbucket or 500mm rating rather than at the pivot pins.

I was just stating that for comparison sake for people that are shopping and want to compare yours to their size of tractor. Some people still are not aware that Daedong makes the Kioti tractors, and also paints them white for Bobcat ( and red for McCormick).

Woo hoo! Nice to see some black and white out there. Seeing that grapple in action really brings out the kid in me. I used to have this articulated robotic arm I would play with. Kind of like that. Now I just gotta go shake the couch cushions and see if $1200 falls out (plus $800 for the QA adapter).

Nate said it would be ready in a few hours. I think it's going to be in 2 videos, one from each day and maybe an additional one showing some things not to do with a grapple.
