We offer the WR Long Quick Attach Adapters. They have drawings on file for over 800 loaders and the LA364/504 is one of them. You can see pics and a video on our website. WR Long's build time has been running about 3 1/2 weeks.

We are currently offering a coupon code "quickattach" for $50 off when you order a quick attach adapter and a quick attach attachment(GRAPPLE, forks, bucket etc.) at the same time.

The adapter will ship free to your home within 1,000 miles of Newton, NC.

I do not have a photo of your specific loader APUM. Your lift capacity is about 800 pounds. Our APUM weight is 130 pounds and it also pushes your attachments out about 5” or so. I’m thinking you would lose about 20% or so of your lift capacity if you use the APUM.

I have drawings but we keep them here.

You see photos of the APUM on our photo gallery Photo Gallery See photo 103, 104, and 105

Thanks,

Nelson

Subject: quick attach adapter

Hi, I have a Kubota LA364 loader and everything attachments tells me you make a quick attach for my loader. If at all possible I would like to see some pictures of what it would look like before committing to a purchase. I looked at the generic pics but wanted to see the exact model, even a cad drawing would be suitable. thanks

Given the extra weight and cost of the quick attach adapter, it would make sense to offer pin on versions of the light duty grapple for under 30 HP tractors from the major brands. You could charge $250 or so extra which would still make lots of sense for the CUT owner. Your grapple is so light that it wouldn't be hard at all to line up the pin mount with a tapered pin which you could include. Right now for a Kubota B series owner you are talking a $2100 investment (plus the cost of hydraulic controls) to add a grapple. That's pretty steep IMO when a bucket grapple with about half the ability would cost only $500-600 and leave them with more net lift capacity. A pin on version would save 100lbs of weight and keep the grapple 5 or 6 inches closer to the pins so would increase net lift capacity by a couple hundred pounds. That is like 20-25% for these smaller tractors so is a big deal.

I put a QA adapter on my CK20 but only really had use for the grapple and standard bucket on the same day occasionally so would typically leave the grapple mounted for weeks at a time. When I put the adapter on, it only took about five minutes so not a great time loss compared to the one minute switch with the QA. The QA makes sense if you are going to do a lot of forklift work or need to switch from bucket to grapple multiple times a day but I would think a pin mount solution would make better sense for most small CUT owners.

Here is another thought: design a fork attachment for the grapple similar to the spacers. Just remove the upper lid (easy with E clips or bolt through pins) and then drop in the two forks into their receptacles. Voila! The Swiss Army knife of grapples. .

Ted has talked about offering some of the most common Kubota pin-on mounts for this grapple. He also mentions it in the first part of the video so it should be an option in the future.

If I owned a small <35hp tractor from Kubota, JD or NH, I would wait for the pin version. It really should not be much of a challenge for EA to make up a few different pin versions so it shouldn't take long if there is sufficient demand.

Sorry to hear about the house getting damaged Ted... but hey, you'll just be adding new memories to the old ones.

Good vid, looks like a very capable grapple. I really am a fan of the single lid design vs the dual lid design, so I may just have to chance it with this grapple. Do you have any plans in the mix to build a single lid grapple for 35+ hp tractors? The other wicked grapple is obviously built to handle the power, but has the dual lids... plus this grapple is about 30% cheaper making it more affordable!

I demand a pin-on single lid wicked grapple for mine!

22 hp, 850 lbs lift, 9' high. Should handle it just fine.

You know they could sell the grapple without pin or QA receiver on and you could go to a local welding shop (or do it yourself).

Yep, I know that, I just wanted to demand one! :D

Rarely ever get to demand anything. :(

I wish that I had made a QA for the loader when I put it on the TORO back in 2005, Too many higher priority projects to do it now.

Man that is a nice grapple, looks like it can take beating too, much better more than that fiberglass top did. :)
If you do make an option for b series Kubota pin mounts I might just have to have one..
