I have a JD 513 rotary mower that I had to replace the clutches on. My question is ?ow much do I tighten the bolts on the tension springs from the first point of contact with the spring? ｽ turn past the point of contact? ｾ turn? 1 turn? I don稚 want it to be too tight and not slip when I hit something solid and tear up the gear box. With the clutches costing $80 I don稚 want them slipping either.
