I'm going to call the company, anyone have ideas on how to look one of these over before buying ?
Seller says its been sitting 7 years but used very little. He doesn't have a machine to demo it either so i'm not sure what i might be walking into

Looks like it probably would, it's a very small unit. It will mount to the 3 point, but like *all* 3 point backhoes, a custom subframe is the best route. How much is the hoe?

It's a very basic unit, small and inexpensive. The valve is probably quite rudimentary. I would bring my tractor over and test before buying, if not crack some hoses loose and manually extend/retract all cylinders, make sure they appear to seal okay. Check for pitting on the chrome shafts. Check all hoses. Check for leaks. Cracks/welds/etc.
