Added picture maybe this will help with pricing the RR?

I recently purchased a woods LR72 with gauge wheels for $350. It was also in very good shape.

I was thinking about asking for something in the $250 to $300 range but if you paid $350 with gauge wheels maybe I should lower my thinking price a little. Thanks.

Lots easier to lower your price after it doesn't sell than to raise the price after you sell too cheap.

Yours is a nicer rake, but I only paid $150 for this 6' model...not sure of the brand.

I happen to be in the market and it you were in driving range (which you aren't) I would give about $225, maybe a bit less. They go for $300-350 around here (Mo/Ky) but that's for heavy duty ones.
