They built the great pyramid without an 8n.
You'll figure it out, it's just going to take a while.
Careful someone else doesn't figure it out first and get that blade before you can.
Getting it on a trailer will be a lot easier than getting it on a truck. Do you have a trailer?

Block & tackle over a sturdy tree branch, lift blade then back up truck. Could even do it by just lifting one end high enough to get it into bed, with tailgate removed, then lift other end and back up....
pics of final solution please.

I picked up the Box Blade today. Man what a ride. He picked it up with his 8 n and moved it under a tree. Used a chain fall to get it in the truck. Pics tomorrow.

Glad you got it figured out before somebody else did. Can't wait to see the pics.

Land Pride? Or try googling replacement rippers, I seem to remember someone saying there are places to get them?
Nice find- $500! Wow that's not a lot. Enjoy the new to you toy/tool.

All I can find on Land Prides site is an HRL3578, looks like a retractable rippers model- is that what you bought?

Here's one of the cheaper sources for rippers -

Box Blade Parts

IF you get rippers that have the "dimpled" method of retaining the teeth, I'd recommend a couple of light tack welds - A whole ripper is easier to find than just a tooth :=) Steve
