I can buy a 3578 Land Pride Box Blade but I need to pick it up some how and get it on my Truck. He has a 8n Tractor. Any Idea's? Thanks for Reading.

Snatch block on a stout limb and back truck under it?

What about a BOOM POLE / REAR CRANE? ETA has them to 2,200 pounds capacity.

Tractor Boom Pole, Rear Crane, 3 Point Hitch Mounted

Wow! Just looked it up - 1117 lbs. Only way I can think of is - snatch block up high, cable from rear of tractor thru snatch block, up goes the bb and then you drive under with truck. However, that's probably not the answer because its too easy. You need somebody with fairly large tractor & FEL.

Was going to suggest the boom, but Tractordata.com says 8N 3 pt can lift 800 pounds keep that in mind.

Four 4x4's for a ramp up to the truck, cable or chain or rope to snatch block on truck and thence to 8N. Jack the BB up and slide a sheet of 3/4 plywood under it, put another sheet in front up the ramp, drag and cross your fingers.

Or just use a comealong to drag it.

That's how I got my 1300lb planer in a trailer.

Nowhere do I mention getting hurt.

/edit - or use a pallet jack, plywood and comealong to drag it up a 4x4 ramp. That's how I unloaded my heavy equipment.

When I bought my 9' Bush Hog rear blade the seller took it with his tractor to the local dealer he bought it from. They loaded it for me at the dealership no charge. Seller arranged all of this with the dealer. Smooth easy sale for both of us. This was an internet sale, two states away.

He sold the machine that was using the implement so all he has is a 8n. The ball is in his court as this cuts down on a potential customer

I load/unload a lot of things by backing into a nice deep ditch if available. Then, as suggested drag it or push with 8n up some planks.
