I would be very interested in seeing how it turns out. I wish I had some skill to build one, seems like for the cost and effort used to do it the "old fashioned" way IE: log splitter with tractor hydro, or even with PTO pump or separately powered the cost just for that setup versus, if you didn't need your BH bucket during wood splitting season, makes this idea worth considering, especially when you can split fire wood by siting on the BH instead of moving splitting, piling, etc.
If it turns out your can make something like that for under a few hundred.
I didn't see any patents or anything liek that, so I'm not sure this guy can actually get anyone interseted in "continuing" the manufacturing he has stopped.
Wonder what he was chargin for completed units?
