I have a Kubota B7500 and justed purchased a SpeeCo 3pt hitch cat1 quick hitch.

3-Point Cat. 1 Quick Hitch | Princess Auto

I got it home and measured the spacing between centers on the upper link mount and the lower link mounts and it appears to be 18". The tractor measures 14" between the upper and lower mounts? It seems to me that as the implement lifts it will arc up tilling the implement? I don't think that will work well on the snowblower. I'm looking at my options but redrilling the quick hitch to the same spacing as the tractor is the only option I see to obtain a level lift?

Hook up the QH and adjust your toplink so the snowblower sets level when down, you will be fine. OR buy a hydraulic top link and go to town!

You are right that it should be the same as the tractor (14"). I would chage the Speeco hitch to get the 14" and then it should left level.

The 14" dimension you speak of is close to the Cat I QH the standard of 14.5 inch distance measured from the upper pin to lower pin center lines. Having your top link attach to the QH a couple inches higher won't effect it at all. You don't need to drill the QH, use the hole that is there.

Are you having some sort of clearance problem with the top link when raised?

With some inpliments you DO want the back end to raise... think brush hog tail wheel. I often leave the top link extended/slack so the tail wheel will droop and follow the ground in dips... yet still want it to raise high enough to not hit the ground when fully raised. Thus I want more distance between the top and bottom links at the brush hog, in this instance. When I build a 3ph trailer mover/reese hitch frame, it will be set so top and bottom links ARE parallel so it lifts level, at one setting. I will have a higher set of holes for the top link as well.

Is that with the upper set of holes for the upper link? Our B7500 has 2-3 sets of holes to choose from.
