My snow plow came out of the welding shop none to soon.
Attached and following are several photo's of the plow mounted to the tractor. I have a few that were taken while in the welding shop that I will post after I reduce them.

Since you have the 16LA loader I'll presume you have a Class III Boomer, but what model do you have (your bio doesn't list the tractor)? What width plow do you have? Do you find it is wide enough when you angle the blade? I would also assume that the weight of the plow is not too far out for your loader to lift it easily.

Mark, that is very cool! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I think it's even nicer that you put it together yourself. Being from Texas, I normally recognize snow if I see it /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif but that setup looks like you'll have no trouble keeping your driveway clear. Those remote valves really do come in handy sometimes.

Thank you for that bit of info. That information used to be there. Maybe it was a victim of a TBN hiccup. have now replaced it and updated it.

The plow is a 7.5' older Fisher I picked up about a month ago for $250. I still have the old Western blade that I used last year and was going to use again but by the time I modified it, got the angling cylinders, etc. etc. the Fisher was a better deal.
I have only used it once for an hour or so, but I feel it is wide enough when angled to cover my tracks well enough.
The weight of the plow does not seem to effect or bother the lift capability at all. I would actually be interested to find out just how much the plow and mounting weighs.

I wish I could take the credit, but I really can't. If it weren't for Jason Bryant of "Bryant's Welding", I would be up a manure tributary without sufficiant means of propulsion. He hs a shop right here in town and is also one of the 2 guys that bought my JD.
I came up with the idea (by no means an original) and the parts, but without him to bring it to life, it wouldn't have.

I'm still looking for a used 8 or 9 ' plow. For now I'm using a 6' Dearborne (Ford) plow from the 50's that has been modified by adding a foot to each end of it. I originally used it with an 8N when I as about 10.
Hydraulic angle? Something I only dream about and I have a welder /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Guess I better get busy.
