Small Farm Innovations down in central TX. sells something like that along with drum mowers. Google SFI. I think the first site posted is under construction but the second one works. I was on it a couple of days ago. Phil is the owner and a great service oriented retailer.

We "HAD" one of the dual action sicklebar mowers. When they run they are very good and fast, very little to no tangles. Having said that they are a little more noisy and the parts replacement is a little harder. Also if your fields are not perfect (rocks, groundhog holes, sticks) expect to be replacing parts often. They seem to sheer the guards and knive pretty frequently if you run into any of the previously mentioned items. I would buy another if in the market for one but I would be selective on where I used it.

Their mower looks very much like my 6' Sitrex mower. I have had some problems with mine, the arm that moves the bar with the guards (as opposed to the one with the knives) broke, along with the bar itself. I think I finally got it welded together and was able to finish mowing the 2 acres that I use it on. The tractor does not work nearly as hard with the sicklebar as it does with the bush hog. As wrangler said, they are pretty noisy and expensive!
