Re: Pat\'s Easy Change System - Order Online!
There is no real reason why it would not work unless you have a problem mounting the backhoe about 2.5" farther back from the tractor because the Pat's system pushes every implement you have back about that far. The biggest drawback is that with a really heavy implement (like a backhoe) you move the weight back another 2.5" which might make your front end a little light.

Re: Pat's Easy Change System - Order Online!
We bought Pat's system last summer and somehow lost the shim on one side. I emailed and asked how to order a replacement and they sent replacements at no charge - don't see that much these days.
They even called and asked about the category of 3-point as I put down the wrong one.
Great hitch and great customer service! ! !

Will this system work on a 1985 Deutz 6250. It has a latched slide out tip on the lift arms.

Sherwood give them a call. They seem to have a list of models that will work OK.

Re: Pat's Easy Change System - Order Online!
I ordered mine on MOnday, it arrived on Tuesday, was installed Wednesday and I now think my tractor is worth the money I paid for it. I hooked the heavy disc harrow in no time (just for fun) then unhooked and hooked up the sprayer (which I neded to use). It works like a charm. I've noticed some people having trouble with the instructions. I'm not mechanically and they were clear to me. It was real easy to install. Anyway, I'm a full time farmer now since I was let go, so I've got to get to work.
Thanks for the PEC!!

Re: Pat's Easy Change System - Order Online!
Well, my PEC system is great. I've used it now for a coupla weeks and it fits all my implements except 1. That's not true. It wouldn't work on my cultivator so i removed it and then the hitch pins wouldn't fit in the lift arms so I was going to have to something anyway. I took the cultivator to a welder friend and for a 1/2 case of beer he added some angle iron so I could use good hitch pins and had the clearance underneath the pin I needed AND I got to drink some of the beer too!!

I clicked on the link under the picture, and was directed to a site that firefox thinks is dangerous. Is there a new link that might be more friendly?

What you see is what you get.
I think you will find if you follow the warning of firefox/others you will not visit many sites.
Sites like Pat's are often older sites the browers can not learn much about so they assume the worse.
You can always just call them. Note you can get bad stuff from trusted sites.
Just do not miss out on the safety of Pat's quick hitch over a browse warning.

weird, Explorer had a warning pop up as well.
I would think it behooves Pats to fix their issues or they will lose many other potential customers.
