Pat's Easy Change Pat's Easy Change System - Order Online!

Wow, that was quick. Thanks.

Also a bit of good news about it raising the PHD higher. I was going to have to adjust my PHD because it raises just high enough to clear the ground. Hitting a bump causes it to drag the ground.

I have a PHD project coming up in early Summer and will give it a try/post the results.

Thanks, again.

The new TL came in and I've tried it out. Looks like it is going to work.

Thanks for all the assistance.

Glad you got it sorted out. My Massey has fairly long 3pt lift arms because it's a utility machine, and I also needed an extra long top link when I tried to use Pat's on it (I removed them and put them on my LS). For this sort of situation, the weld on version of Pat's would be better. Cut the ball off the lift arms, weld on the Pat's and the finished length would be fairly close to the original. That's one of the projects I have planned for one of these days....

Update - The new toplink is working well. Adding Pat's to my tractor may be one of the best things I've done. I no longer give a second thought to changing implements.

I never found changing implements difficult but did find it time-consuming. Multiple on/off the tractor, extending lift arms (which never seemed to be happy unless all the way in or all the way out, no happy middle). Alabama is hot. Changing an implement in the summer always resulted in sweating thru my shirt. This is just much easier.

I'll probably be adding them to my JD as well.

Thanks to all.

Got the new pats easy change and picked up the 6 spline adapter from tractor supply. My question is what did you use to hold adapter on a bolt and nut or roll PIN.
thanks Ron

You first have to have a hole in your tractor's PTO spline. There are adapters made with the push pin type of connector but AgriSupply stopped carrying them.

eBay has some for around $23. Search for "PTO adapter".

Here is another source:

If you do have a hole, use a bolt. There will be some applications where the adapters are not needed and a bolt is easier to remove.

Needed to dig some holes recently. Post hole digger worked fine with the Pat's Easy Change.

Best part of having the Pat's is that I now am more likely to change implements because it is so easy.

I'm getting a lot more done.

Yep, that's the bottom line...easier changes mean you change when you need to, not when you feel like it, and you can get more done in the same amount of time.

Reminds me I need to order a weld-on set of Pat's for my Massey.

Re: Pat\'s Easy Change System - Order Online!

Anyone else using Pat's on their Kubota L series tractors?

Im not sure I have them setup correctly. They seem to be angled in a bit too much. But maybe its just because of how the lower arms made....
